Online English French Dictionary Translation

One way to use a language translator online when the Internet has closed?

I go to a boarding school, and the Internet stops here always at least 11 PM – I can not access all websites and email over the school, homework, etc. However, because I'm usually very busy during the day, I feel the need to read in French and in writing after 23 hours, and I'm not the best student in French, often need to refer to a dictionary that I help translate from French into English and vice versa.
